The general communication modules are designed to help client-facing professionals manage their communication with international clients optimally. We will cover everything from building relationships, to dealing with challenges like non-compliant or unsatisfied client.

Die allgemeinen Kommunikationsmodule sollen Kundenbetreuer dabei unterstützen, optimal mit internationalen Kunden zu kommunizieren. Themen reichen von Beziehungsaufbau bis zum Umgang mit schwierigen oder unzufriedenen Kunden.
