P 2209: The general communication modules are designed to help client-facing professionals manage their communication with international clients optimally.  We will cover everything from building relationships, to dealing with challenges like non-compliant or unsatisfied clients.

  1. Building relationships: smalltalk, pleasantries, reactions to staple situations
  2. Email and Phone etiquette
  3. New client onboarding (calls, inquiries, first meeting, etc.)
  4. Dealing with non-compliant clients/improving communication about expectations and requirements
  5. Managing unsatisfied clients/dealing with client complaints
  6. Active listening for client and inhouse communication
